The Paris Agreement is an international climate change treaty adopted by parties at the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP21).

The treaty aims to strengthen global responsibility towards combating the effect of climate change world-wide by maintaining the world temperature rise below 2 degrees celsius.

MENA Officials in the event emphasized the crucial investment of renewable resources and stressed the use of green energy.
